In my opinion, Yolanda Díaz, seeks to include the Gypsy community, giving equal opportunities to Gypsy women in the workplace, but careful, in a "specific" employment plan. Looking at this, one can conclude that being inclusive does not mean not being a discriminator.
In seeking the acceptance and approval of society, people with prejudices who say they do not have them are the most discriminating, since, with the intention of being inclusive and making that inclusiveness notorious, such as giving specific jobs to Gypsy women, emphasizing that they are Gypsies, with connatural thoughts like "Spaniards of bad habits" or "Gypsy women are dishonest and steal from maidens" (María Helena Sánchez Ortega, 1977) among others, these thoughts about the Roma have persisted over the years and made their integration into society more difficult; and as a result of the social shift towards the Roma, there has been otherness.
