Hye, i'm a newbie in RT-PCR. Does it necessary to run the gel electrophoresis to double check our targeted genes before proceed with the RT-PCR?
Need advice on this matter & your help is much appreciated.
First amplify whole DNA sample with primers for your gene of interest using RT PCR, then run electrophoresis (If necessary for gene identification).
