I am carrying an experiment with 3 hours/ 6 days immobilization an I do not know is it possible to see the personal differences in dopamine and serotonin/oxitocin concentration in plasma (before and after stress) in aggressive/ not aggressive, rats.
...maybe it is better to see, for example, an amount of D2 receptor in striatum after stress and oxitocin receptors in PVN, or nigral 5-HT.
If your question is that 'are there likely to be changes?'; the answer is 'Yes', based on literature.The kind of changes that you will get from your experiments are what we don't know yet.
Are you suggesting that there could be a difference in the levels between aggressive and non aggressive rats? There maybe or there may not be. To get any results at all you woulfd need to do a timed collection of samples, usually within 30 minutes of the last stress exposure.The rise in levels may be transient if any at all.
Measuring serotonin in plasma is useless if you want to know what is happening in the brain, because serotonin in plasma comes mainly from platelets. Better measure serotonin content in striatum.
