I recieved this comment from a reviewer: “Considering that a high number of tests were performed here it is important to assure that a correction of the probabilities of those tests was introduced”. It concerns to a RELATE routine performed with PRIMER software. I don't quite understand what he means. But if talking about e.g., Bonferroni correction, I believe it won't be adequate do to it when using RELATE, since we compare pairs of similarity matrices and get a rho value and p level for the comparison. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you
