I believe that most of these publishers are looking for money rather than a quality. If you are planning to publish a book or a chapter in a book try to look on some of the famous and more reliable publisher (Springer, Elsevier etc.).
Rami - without even checking, I would support Duraid's feedback. The only situation, as an experienced book editor, that I feel authors should follow up is if a book author/editor (such as myself) approaches you to write a chapter for an established proposal that has been accepted in an established publishing house text - such as Elsevier, CUP, OUP, Palgrave, SAGE etc. You will not be asked to pay any fees. In fact, in many cases, you will receive a nominal one-off payment on completion of the chapter.
If you would like to publish a book or a chapter in a book, please look for famous publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, Wiley, Taylor & Francis etc.,
