In kinetic theory, physics does not try to map all the paths of a molecule.

Instead kinetic theory uses a statistical analysis of possibly available energy distributions. So why in networks do scientists think that mapping using a graphical approach is the preferred analog?

Mapping that occurs, connections, and connectomes etc, might just reflect the underlying principle of maximizing the efficiency of energy distribution

In analyzing black body radiation, physics does not draw pictures of all possible molecular or particle paths. Why does physics assume that finding all paths in a brain, all synaptic connections, and connections between neurons, will tell us anything fundamental about what is going on thermodynamically in a brain?
