Is Fluorescence Deconvolution Microscopy better or confocal laser scanning microscope for visualizing nanoparticle cell interaction/cell association?

I am working on the nanoparticle interaction with the macrophages/monocytes and i have to see the nanoparticle internalization and subsequent cellular association. I also want to know about the methodology which i should follow.
