I have been tried CV (ASV) based method for determining As(lll) in biological sample since one year but didn't get any good result. Would anyone suggest me that which CV based method will be best for detection of As(lll).

I completely agree with Zahra, it depends on the sensitivity and type of substrate you are using. For biological samples gold is a preferred substrate.
