Indeed, the journal “Composites Part C” is not (yet) in the list of Scopus titles and cannot be found in the Scopus sources database https://www.scopus.com/sources.uri?zone=TopNavBar&origin=searchbasic(yet). It is however since April 2021 included in the accepted title list (see enclosed file).
So, the journal is not ‘lying’, they will be indexed soon. Exactly, the Journal is legit. However, Scopus has its own process of re-evaluating all journals, for some purposes and renewal.
Maybe after its process, the journal will be active again to list of Scopus journals.
