I am reviewing a number of professional development models and would like to know if others have engaged coaching as a professional development model. If so, has it worked, were there any challenges/resistance and what was the take up by staff?
Just the education does not really suffice. a practical coaching or induction is really important and an efficient field induction produces a better professional out of some one. such hands on real time practical training also need to be a part of educational systems to make it more viable and practicable. industries and institutes can collaborate to achieve these and save some cost later on for such coachings
