Will Cisplatin bond covalently with any anionic polymer or polysaccharides? Please clarify.

cis-Platin is a neutral compound. Pt with 2 Cl and 2 NH3 ligands. The chlorines are easily displaced by oxygen and nitrogen ligands. So there are a variety of polymers it will bind to, not just DNA.
