I am asking that question because I have checked journals that are in the Bell's list of predatory journal and check the journal whether it follows the international standard. I checked the originality of the journal such as ISSN number if it is genuine or not, then whether the journal's indexing are genuine or not by opening the website of the indexing services if they are listed there or not. I found that many journals that are listed in Bell's list are found to be credible.

I also compared the content of the research published in the journal with the journals that are not listed in Bell's list. I found that there are no much different.

I also checked if the journal goes through review or not by observing how they review my paper, if there is feedback or not. I found that they are doing their job.

That is the reason why I am not sure with Bell's list of predatory journals.
