I found some paper regarding to measuring bacterial cellulose crystallinity index and wood cellulose crystallinity index. some of them have reported that crystallinity index of bacterial cellulose was higher than wood cellulose, and Others have reported that wood cellulose crystallinity index was higher that bacterial cellulose.
Please give me your comments.

The crystallinity of BC (bacterial cellulose) is significantly higher based on our XRD (Segal-WAXS) and Raman (380-Raman) measurements. So that you know, our Group at FPL developed the 380-Raman method and are now using the same to estimate crystallinity of cellulose materials. Although crystallinity measurements can depend upon lot of things, chief among them - instruments used for estimation, the crystallinity difference is ~ 15% with BC having higher crystallinity. We are talking about cellulose crystallinity in wood vs. cellulose crystallinity of BC. Hope this helps.
