While generating segmented images, the software was showing the following error "MinError(I): NaN, not converging. Try 'Ignore black/white' options". I am not that familiar with DiameterJ (tried it out a few times on SEM pictures of filters but segmentation was extremely difficult).

One quick comment however : based on the code shown in your log, I would wager that the error message you get is due to the fact that function getResult does not return a value (nResult) for "Branch length".

As I said, I'm not into DiameterJ but you might want to find if there's an option where you could uncheck returning "Branch length" results and see if this solves your issue ?
