I am trying to use weka on our cluster, running sun grid engine. I installed Weka myself without root permission, and added CLASSPATH info to .rcsh. When I run a shell command invoking WEKA (with csh, which is our default SGE shell), it works fine. But when I submit the same job to the queue, I get "large word" error.
If anyone has used weka with SGE, I would appreciate some advice.
Can it be because of 32 bit vs 64 architecture? In that case you might want to recompile it as 64 bit
I can easily run WEKA on the cluster - but not through the grid engine.
Let me rephrase: I managed to run it after beating on it with hammers and cheasels; but it works only from the command line, not when submitted to the grid.
I will try to re-submit my job to grid and see what i did to make it work tonight, sorry i dont have access at the moment.
