I'm modelling windturbine using porous jump boundary condition. I assumed the turbine to be a disk and disk is divided into concentric rings. For each ring pressure drop is found and is related to the pressure drop boundary conditon of porous jump( I have found (1/alpha and C2 values for each ring). Now I have following doubts
I have outer domain and inner domain. Inner domain is the disk divided into concentric circles. My flow is in the negative z axis. and disk is in the XY plane.
Now Do I need to create interface between inner domain and outer domain?
Between the concetric rings, do I need to create interface or take it to be interior?
I also have a doubt how to select my direction vectors for viscous resistance and intertial resistance?
