Is anyone aware of the low temperature (110-115 °C) oxygen plasma ashing facility in India for coal samples to perform an X-ray Diffraction analysis?

For my research, I need to do low temperature (110-115 °C) oxygen plasma ashing of coal samples for XRD analysis to lessen the interference of organic matter during XRD measurements.
