Is anyone aware of good papers/books about focus groups or group discussions which are analysed with grounded theory methodology?

i'm looking for papers/books which contain a useful description of the method and analysing process, in particular:

- which type of group discussion was used

- how they did the coding (especially open coding)

- how they built the categories

thanks!

ps: i don't need any general information about grounded theory, interviews, group discussions etc. .-).

and i know that my question was not correct since grounded theory methodology is not only a method for analysing data but much more.
