You might try the SOMS: Rief, W., Hessel, A., & Braehler, E. (2001). Somatization symptoms and hypochondriacal features in the general population. Psychosomatic medicine, 63(4), 595-602.
The classic and extremely well-validated measures of somatic and depressive symptoms can be found in the MMPI-II. Review the works of Butcher and Koss, and Lachar and Wrobel. They have good divergent validity as well as overall validity indicators for malingering (faking bad) and dissimulation (faking good).
Similar to Eugene's recommendation, I would also recommend the MMPI-2 Restructured Form (MMPI-2-RF) if you have funding. The MMPI-2-RF has demonstrated better discriminant validity than its predecessor, the MMPI-2, in a number of studies. I would be happy to share some citations if interested.
I suggest you to read, if possible, my book in French "La dépression et son traitement : aspects méconnus" L'Harmattan Paris 2001or, its abstract in English which is attached.
