I can't access mirtarbase (mirtarbase.cuhk.edu.cn or http://mirtarbase.mbc.nctu.edu.tw/) because its says that "the requested URL was not found on this server".
I’m wondering if it's down permanently or if it's temporary for maintenance.
Is anyone having the same problem or have any information about it?
