Hello, I'm trying to calculate the Garza-Williamson index and some articles indicate the Arlequin program, but there is not this option in the program. Someone already calculated this index and can help me?

Recently I was with the same difficulty. Arlequin runs automatically the Garza-Williamson index (M ratio) and allelic range in the option "Molecular diversity indices", but only when you are using microsatellite format as input file (frequencies of different genotypes). If you are using standard format of Arlequin (lengths of fragments in base pairs), these special indices won't be calculated. You can convert the data using Covert, PGDSpider or Arlequin itself.
See the Arlequin manual, Garza-Williamson index is exclusive for microsatellite data.
