Hello everyone! I would like to visualize the expression of my protein with western blot using plant cell-lysate. My plant contains my protein tagged with mScarlet-I. First, I wonder if I can use RFP antibody to detect mScarlet-I signals ( I have available: Anti-RFP antibody (Biotin) (ab34771)? Or second is there anybody having some experience with an anti-m Scarlet-I Ab that has showed to be effective? Thanks for your help!
