I would like to know how can I separate two organic salts which I have in the same sample. I want to purificate both and characterize but I dont know how could I do it

if your salts are soluble, then I would try ion chromatography. Another possibility (and please don't laugh now because the answer is serious): If the salts show a different morphology under the microscope, you can sort them manually. There is also a famous example of this: Louis Pasteur, who sorted tartaric acid crystals by hand under the microscope and then examined their different optical activity.
