As the company had stopped this model and the kits are not available now.
I am having this system in my Lab, but I am not able to use it because of the unavailability of the Kits. Please do suggest me the solution for this problem.

Frankly, I think both systems are dead. The GS Junior missed the short hype about benchtop sequencers and Roch basically partnered (I think) with Ion Torrent and now a little bit with PacBio for their Sequel. I haven't heard something from 454 since at least 3 years and frankly Ion Torrent is a better sequencer (personal opinion of course).
We had the same problem. We turn our sequencing strategy to use an Illumina platform (MiSeq) and I know that the society Illumina can take back your GS Junior System (454) to replace it with a MiSeq system.
you can approach Anand Agricultural University, Animal Biotechnology department.. they still have kits with them
