I would like to reconstruct some protein sequences. The Max Planck Institute offers a platform for sequence analysis with ANCESCON integrated. It looks easier to use than other software like MEGA or PALM, which would speed up my work. As I am just starting with protein reconstruction, my question is: Is ANCESCON a good way to do ASR?
