In my opinion the reply is yes it may became toxic. Principally due to substances released from plastic containers. Ethanol is a wide range solvent and may solubilize compounds at different polarity. If the preparation of acids in plastic container taking long time, that more likely to be change these acids to harmful substances, However, it might be better to avoid for the plastic container in pharmaceutical for drugs that containing strong acids

Plastic has certain chemical substances (ethylene glycol and terephthalic acid) which has the tendency to leach to considerable extent if alcohol is stored for a longer period of time. Though it is deemed safe to store at room temperature, increase in the temperature may lead to leaching of chemicals into the drink. We know that co2 may liberate from the ayurvedic alcohlic prepration so we keep in mind that plastic contaioner is not permeable for oxygen and carbondiaoxide. It can change taste or may alter the therapeutic effect if storage for a long time.
