Is ADAR-dependent RNA editing more dominant in the nucleus or cytoplasm?

According to Protein Atlas in the attachments, ADAR1 protein is only located in the nucleus and ADAR2 protein has minor presence in cytoplasm. I'm wondering whether ADAR-dependent RNA editing is more dominant in the nucleus or cytoplasm. Any references would be appreciated.
