Irinotecan hcl bcs-2 drug.usp solubility defination 10 mg/ml says it slightly soluble.generally argument we are following we say hcl mens water soluble. i am confused whether it is hydrophobic or h.phillic.shall i use it for nanofrmulation to improve its solubility
