I am planning to perform intracellular Ca2+ mobilization assays on 96-well plates using EndoC-βH1 cells. Specifically, I am interested in measuring β-cell responses to glucose and possibly other compounds. I would be using the Thermo Scientific Varioskan LUX for the assay, which is equipped with dispensers for the stimuli.

Could anyone kindly share if they have any experience, protocol, or resources that would be useful in setting up this assay? Furthermore, I am also interested in knowing the minimal and maximal volume that the dispenser of the Varioskan LUX can accurately dispense into each well of the 96-well plate.

Any guidance or references to relevant literature will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
