How to prepare a wastewater microplastics samples for pyr-GC/MS?

Following digestion with Fenton's reagent, what is the best method to prepare a wastewater microplastics sample for pyr-GC/MS? It has been suggested that we filter the digested sample onto a PCTE filter and scrape the sample off of it.
