Those tests use the null hypothesis that the distribution of residuals is uniform, so those p results suggest that the null hypothesis should not be rejected, i.e., the distribution is homoscedastic.

I take it that you mean heteroscedasticity in regression. One of the updates in the following project is with regard to why hypothesis tests for this are not helpful. Basically, it is not a yes/no question, but one of degree. And what does a "test" tell you to do?
