In our longitude laboratory we purchased an Olympus SZ61TR optical / digital microscope some time ago, which unfortunately it is not possible to properly attach to our interferometer ruler calibration bench. The query is if anyone knows of a bench (or supplier of ...) that allows a linear displacement with sufficient precision to fix the microscope and use it in the calibration of precision rulers. It would be enough with a range of 1m or close.
So, do you need some 1 m long bench with possibility to move on it Olympus microscope with sufficient precision? What does it means, "sufficient precision"? 1cm, 1mm, 1um?
Could you solve your problem by connecting to your interferometer ruler not Olympus microscope, but simple and lightweight microlens with ocular?
For 1 m I would look at the Optiv range of optical CMMs from Hexagon.

This is just an example and other manufacturers may do something similar.
This would be an all in one solution and you wouldn't need to use your existing microscope. However, Hexagon may be prepared to adapt a machine to thake your existing microscope.
Thanks Valeriy Sterligov and David Flack for your reply. the fact is that I need the cheapest solution. Our microscope have digital image processing and allows to calibrate with very high precision micrometric rulers. We only need something to move the micrometer lens (with interferometer mirror) along the ruler to perform calibration. The move should be as smooth and precise as the microscope.

I don't think there will be a cheap solution. Given you diagram and the apparent Abbe offset you will need a 1 m stage with very good geometry (straightness, roll, pitch and yaw). Try Aerotech (https://www.aerotech.com/motion-and-positioning/)
