Interested in Near Surface Embedded FRCM technique?

I wonder if interested researchers in repair and strengthening are aware of a new concept to apply Fabric Reinforced Cementitious Matrix systems for structural repair and strengthening of concrete structures? In this attempt, FRCM are embedded within the concrete cover rather than on the surface. With this, we are already removing the weakened cover and roughening the surface in one step.
