In an learning environment where the students are not ready for a 100% project based learning (PBL), whould it be odd to mix the PBL with the lecture-based learning (LBL?)
Usama, I believe that combining LBL in short (10 min) segments regularly (2 x per 2 hr class) enhances learning in a PBL environment over a 100% PBL approach. Blending in short reporting out and peer feedback adds dimensions to PBL that are challenging to create otherwise.
