I am currently working on my dissertation of understanding intercultural challenges in Key Account Management (Global Account Management). Is there any literature in KAM available integrating intercultural challenges. Any recommendations for a quantitative method to analyze intercultural challenges in GAM.
Your question is interesting ! How do you assess the organizational culture ? Are you using Quinn and Cameron organizational culture assessment instrument ? At what level are talking about the intercultural challenges ?
I agree with @monica stevens. Hostede framework can be useful and in some case it leads to the generalization of the results. In my case study of two public enterpriese in congo the hostede framework was unablr to help understand why prople were behaving differently

Not that I am aware of. Do not forget that KAM has been unfortunately interrupted few years ago for obscure reasons
