Integrated Microbial Genomes and Microbiomes API ?

Hi everybody I would like to download the whole collections of data (microbiomes )for different environments from JGI using API and unfortunatelly the means are available for individual projects/genomes and don't provide means to download whole collections of data, are their any suggestions ?
