IF staining inslinoma cell line is very difficult. Because insulin granule in the cytoplasm is too small to see under the microscope. IF stainings of the organ culture of pancreatic islet cells are easy to perform. Because beta granules are larger and more densely distributed in the cytoplasm, compareing to the transformed cell lines.
