I am looking to analyze gut content on spiders using molecular approaches. I need to find some sequences which be highly conservative among the arhthropod groups Coleoptera, Diptera, Blattodea, Isopoda and Hymenoptera (Formicidae). I would really appreciate if some of you knows a reference where a sequence for these groups be described.

sounds like a very interesting topic! consensus primers are sometimes complicated to design, especially when 99.9% of your total DNA comes from the predator...you can have a look at this paper, it may be helpful:

There are many papers in predatory insects like Coccinellids which are general predators. So, you can try with same primers because the predatory spiders diet is mostly similar.
