Hi everyone,

I am working on CAR T cells, and I’ve encountered an issue with CAR expression inconsistency over time in one of my experiments. Initially, the expression starts at around 80%, but it gradually drops to about 10% within 8–10 days. Interestingly, the construct includes GFP, and GFP expression remains stable throughout.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have insights into potential causes or solutions? I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions.
