I would like to inoculate AM fungal spore for sesame field however I do not know how to mix AM fungal spore with sesame seed. In my region, farmers spreed sesame seed in a rice field after rice seed harvested and paddy field was ploughed. Then the farmers water the field and let the sesame seed germinate.
I am appreciate with your hint and advice!

Generally AM colonized roots in growing stage, I guess following two ways you can apply AM spores:
1. AM spores along with organic manure in field during sowing of seeds
2 Coat the Sesame seed with AM spores by adding adhesive (eg. CMS) and sow it
In either case germination of seed (1-2 week) along with AM spore germination due to moisture will help in early colonization.

Thanks you very much for your advice. I shall concern your suggestion. In my region, we grow rice for a period about 4 months from November to Feburary. Then famers harvest rice seed and plough down soil surface together with rice stubble. Next, the farmers sow sesame seed on the soil surface and water the field (about 50% of water holding capacity). If I coat the sesame seed with AM spore and sow it, when the famer waters the field AM spore will be exposed to the sunlight and they may be killed AM spore. Do you have any suggestion more?

Generally the AM spores are from the soil, so i doubt about loosing their viability to expose to sun. But you can do a pilot experiment as follows:
Make small microcosm of AM coated Seed in same soil and expose to sun, re-isolate the spores and check the viability by MTT staining.

One more ore question I would like to ask you. I am going to utilize dried sludge waste from brewery’s factory to coat AM spore because peat is very expensive in my region. Howeve, this waste contains some polymers in it. Have you had any experience on using this substrate?
No I don't have experience on effect of dried sludge waste from brewery’s factory to coat AM. But logically you can coat AM spores with it , keep for certain time interval and check the viability by MTT staining.
IMP Note: consider the germination of seed , many researcher observed coating AM spores reduce the germination of seed, if that is barrier in application check before applying to large scale.
If the amount of spores that is applied to the soil is sufficient. No problema. They Will germinate
