I'm doing research on modeling of inter-turn short circuit model. I looked up some papers and built the model. The current did display features of this fault, but when it comes to voltage, the issue occurred. So the volatges remain symmetrical, which means, the phase voltage equals to supply voltage, this is 3 phase 4 wire connection. Since there's the neutral line, the phase voltage won't distort, or it'll if there's no neutral line. Under this configuration, the sum of 3 phase stator current ought not to be 0, but the result is that it is zero. I'm thinking about that's because the phase voltage should consider line neutral voltage, but I didn't find a detailed paper about the model considering line neutral voltage. Anyone knowing about this?
