i want to find the leakage inductance of toroidal transformer, so tried to do some of FEM simulation with ansys and femm. but the result of inductance is different between them, i tried to consul with "the femm people", he said that there is no problem with my femm model and i didn't find anything relates to ansys forum, so i can't clarify my ansys model. Can you help me? Am i missing something?
and how to get the leakage inductance from the inductance value? in my attachment, there is the result of my femm model, can we get some leakage from the result in there?
Your Maxwell model looks fine. You can extract the leakage inductance following the same way described in the paper below:

Thank for you help, i tried simulate the toroid transformer in 3D and i found my inductance and linkage flux was N/A, what was happened to my model?
In Maxwell, you can obtain self and mutual inductances of each winding by clicking the postprocessing option. You should get same results as that of FEMM.
thank for your reply, took time to find out what really happened with N/A result, cycle-shaped coil take so many tetrahedra to solve and need more ram (and time) to simulate, when i changed to rectangular-shaped, i got the result.
