Can any Plant Biologists give an explanation as well as introduce me the related literature explaning why these trees flowering only on one side of tree? The effector is light, temperature or what else. What is mechanism behind this?

The tree in question here is a flame tree that originally was native to Madagascar but is now found throughout many tropical areas.
This tree is being inhibited by the roadway.
Away from the roadway soil conditions are favorable but the compacted and build up roadway is not favorable.
The above development mirrors the underground development and this explains the robust growth and flowering away from the roadway and the limited development
The poor soil condition are result of compaction alkaline materials.
Your Explanation sounds wonderful; Have you experienced similarly with this of other kind of tree ? The above picture is tool in Vietnam, even Flamboyan trees are planted alot at the roadside in Vietnam, but usually we found no effects, but in this location, flowering only in one side? Can you introduce me any paper reviewed about the impact of soil compact on flowering of different tree branches? Thank you very much?

It seems to be related to the exposure of the plant as light, temperature but also road pollution (if this road is very used by vehicles) that could inhibit flowering These hypothesis need to be confirmed by experimentation
