Based on Behavioral Economics, We experience life in terms of change. Therefore, I believe studying the general condition of resilience in business is no longer important than changing the level of then? Do you agree with me?
Yes, I agree. Narrowing resilience to robustness , strengths or durability does not support the understanding.
a.) Steel-concrete column is strong and resistant. It brakes the wakes and the wind and slowly erodes. A weeping willow is flexible in the wind, won't break the wakes in the case of a flood, and won't erode but grow. If a twig breaks, the new ones replace it, besides regrow faster and outnumber the missed one. If the entire tree falls, a small willow forest would arise from the branches and the roots. Therefore the soft weeping willow is more resilient than the concrete column since it is resilient against the environmental changes and able to adopt.
b.) Functionality is more important than replacing something. For instance, alternative routes, road, transportation opportunities improves the resilience of your transportation network, but it is even better if you change your personal meetings to online meeting. Another example, instead of replacing the power supplied heating to gas heating or solid, you can use more blankets. The function is more important than the current solution.
Regarding resilience, I found the below paper very useful when I was looking into resilience:
Richardson, G. E. (2002). The metatheory of resilience and resiliency. Journal of clinical psychology, 58(3), 307-321.
Dr Richardson is a RG member:

Richardson has a resilience model in which, after 'stressors, adversity or life events' the individual, with 'resilient reintegration' can learn from these life events and - after time - benefit. For example, with insight, growth or adaptation, the individual becomes stronger. Other possible directions include where there is no positive growth, or the results are even more negative than this.
I cannot see a freely available download online, but if you cannot access this paper, I can send a copy for your own use.
So - in reply to your question - I see the aspect of positive change as what is important.
