The relationship between the university and the community can not be isolated from its historical, cultural and cognitive context in the process of building and processing by the nations to advance, modernize and develop their capabilities . The role of the university is not only to export science and theories, but also to wide horizons to find a balance and diagnose the state of society, and to provide optimal treatment of the dilemmas complained by the «great laboratory» if we consider that the university community is a mini laboratory of what goes on in the orbit of society. The university's relationship with society goes in two directions and not in one direction, as some believe. The role of the university towards society is one interconnected part and one fabric of the reciprocal relationship between the community members and the university.

I am totally agree with you, but the problem is :

most of the ethics governing the university corresponds little to the society or not at all, specially in some developing countries.

University graduates are the representative of the parent institute they can do it while serving the society at different positions and different areas.
