I, as a pedologist, are interested in the problem of training soil scientists. For example, the Moscow State University has a separate Faculty of Soil Science. There are 11 Departments. Eleven Departments provide a wide scope of fields of study: Agrochemistry & Plant Biochemistry; Soil Science (Pedology), Soil Geography, Soil Physic & Melioration, Soil Chemistry, Soil Biology, Agriculture, Soil Erosion & Conservation, Agroinformatics, Land Resources, and Radio-ecology & Ecotoxicology. And how do soil scientists learn in the world?

We are the largest supplier of Urban engineered soils in the UK. Access to soil scientists is important to us. We recently tried to recruit and found it very difficult.
