Usually IT connected/ serving communication technology or financial operations.
There actually another new type of startups which is becoming (unfortunately) very popular - cannabis industry startups.
In Brazil, in 2018: FinTech, AgriTech, and, of course, lots of TI solutions on BB, ranging from logistics to sales management.
Technologies like AI and big data are driving startups in India, in the domains: healthcare, education, financial services, travel, tourism, logistics & enterprise management.

According to the Kosovo Agency for Statistics, in 2017, there were established 9223 new enterprises, where only one enterprise is considered as a large-business (with over 250 employees). Around 26% of them are in the field of wholesale and retail, 10% in accommodation and food services, and another 10% in production. The rest 54% is shared on the other activities.
Around 48.8% of all enterprises in Kosovo in 2016 were in the field of wholesale and retail, while around 13-14% in production.
