Kale Riley I know only one thing: similar clothing (uniform, dress code) within a group indicates that members follow the same rules and are more likely to cooperate in the main work areas. This is because the person or group that controls the rules is also controlling the efficiency. This works until a certain point. An individual style of clothing (and of other things, like unique style of reporting, etc.) can be an attempt to draw attention to oneself and emphasize uniqueness, or maybe leadership qualities. I don't see anything wrong with that, but experience shows that many such people often have different goals from the group. Again, nothing general or personal, just experience...
