In the torsional stiffness (GJ) and bending stiffness(EI), is the G and E membrane stiffness or bending stiffness??

Are the G in the torsional stiffness (GJ) and the E in the bending stiffness (EI), the membrane stiffness or bending stiffness? I think torsion and bending are the out-plane stress. So in this place, they are all bending stiffness? The attachments are the laminate stiffness properties in all directions for symmetric laminates:
