- In The finite element simulation of split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) experiment, is it necessary to include the striker in the FE model? If yes, what is the value of the Initial gap between the striker and the input bar?

-Is there any reference includes detailed information about FE simulation of SHPB using ANSYS/LS-DYNA or any other FE software?
